SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days of being placed. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. As soon as your item has shipped you will receive an email, to the email address provided at checkout, with a status update and tracking information (if relevant).
Small Items
If your order contains small items such as a pillow and / or a vase, the shipping cost will automatically be calculated at the checkout by the shipping carrier and is based on the overall product(s) weight, zip code and package size. Please see below for shipping times:
USPS Retail Ground: 2-5 days
UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
Shipping Furniture and Large Items
If your order contains furniture and large items, at checkout the message “ESTIMATED ONCE ORDER PLACED” will be displayed alongside a “FREE” shipping cost. Once you have completed your order, we will contact you via phone and / or email to arrange shipping and take payment for shipping.
Shipping to Canada & Overseas
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or other international countries at this time.
Damaged Product
Damages to the merchandise while in transit are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive damaged we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Please fully inspect the item(s) in your order at the time of delivery. Should your shipment incur any damages, please email market@anjamichalsdesign.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order for assistance. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.
Anja Michals Design is not responsible for any damaged items that are shipped through a forward shipping company.
Vintage Items
With all vintage items there may be imperfections; this is considered normal, adding to the character of the item and not considered a defect or damaged product.
